Return Policy – Poupee Bonbon

At Poupee Bonbon, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All tags must still be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Contact us by email at info@poupeebonbon.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.
3. Ship the item at your own expense to the address provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@poupeebonbon.com with a photo of the issue. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in this case.
